A message for 2018 plans from the development team just appeared on the forums.
Delayed Merge & glimpse into 2018
Dear Community,
Today we want to offer you a glimpse into the current development status and upcoming projects throughout 2018.
Sadly, we must start with an apology. The already announced server merges for several communities will be delayed again. While going through the required process, we noticed some issues which needs to be solved before starting the next merge phase throughout our communities. We are aware, that merges for several game rounds in all countries are crucial and this topic won’t be forgotten. We now will set up a new plan, solve all related issues, and inform you as soon as additional information are available.
As a small “sorry” from our side, we will activate some favoured events again, which you all already enjoyed during Christmas time. Higher forge item drop chances, the costume event and some forge and training buffs, to name a few.
However, our development within the game will go on as well. Following our 10th anniversary in 2017, more features and adjustments are already in the pipeline and we are in the planning phase for several further projects around the game.
For example …
- A new option to merge your resources into higher levels, giving low resource drops a better meaning and for you the option to create high level resources to forge better items.
- An account control center to have a better overview around all your accounts within all given communities, followed by additional fancy improvements for you.
- New buffs for our events, e.g. related to the pantheon tasks, increased chance to find rubies, reduced time for smelting items, etc.
- Adjustments within Britannia (boss balancing) and the Underworld (waiting times).
- Option to reach higher quality levels at Magus.
Furthermore, the current planning involves a lot of more ideas and topics which are still kind of vague. Even an improved mobile view *might be* an option for our future development.
