Alpha & Omega is the last dungeon in the game. It is only for the highest level gladiators. It is also the longest - 20 dungeon points.

Description
Remains of long dead dragons lay all about this vale. Only the centre is excepted, as a ritual site has been constructed. Long before you see the site, you can feel its energy and power. But the evil can also be felt, the evil that seized possession of this power.
Quests
1. Shatter the bones
2. Kill the approaching servants
3. Release the victim
4. Stride through the fire
5. Light and shadow
6. Close the circle
You go into the circle and you see that Bone Golems are in your way
Once you kill all 5 you will complete the quest
5 Black Warlock servants are standing between you and the victim
After you kill all 5 Black Warlocks you complete quest #2
You have now reached the victims on the poles but they are no longer alive or worth saving. In fact, they want to kill you. You have no other choice but to strike them
5 Victims ahead of you. You strike with no remorse
Once you kill all 5 victims you will complete the 3rd quest
You move on to the pyre. 2 Demons are now in front of you. One red and one blue.
You attack the red one first
And you attack the blue one
Once you kill both demons you will complete quest #4
From the corpses of the two demons, light and shadow witches arise. They both seem to be aggressive towards you. They attack you immediately
First you slay the Light witch
Then you attack the shadow witch
Killing the Black Witch completes quest #5
Killing the witches completes the circle. Unimaginable horror spawns in the center of the bone pentagram. A huge bone dragon
The dragon is so huge that you cannot run away so your only choice is to attack
Late Revenge is a dungeon in the last Gladiatus expedition - Dragon Remains. It is the long waited new dungeon after Externsteine. The 10 Levels in Externsteine to reach this dungeon are more than a year worth of regular play. It is also the longest in the game which is not pleasant especially after Externsteine's 6 dungeon points to complete. However, the item level drop is significantly higher. Even to the extent that on Levels 112-115 you might not be able to wear the highest level items the boss can drop.

Description

You reach a quiet central place in the Dragon Remains valley only to find that someone is performing a ritual. Too late unfortunately you see some skeletons risen
You attack one
only to find that it was immediately replaced by a Lemures
You kill it too
No more undead rise after the Lemures so you go and slaughter the next Skeletons and their Lemures replacements
After all the undead masses are killed and you complete the first quest
Once you kill all 5 you will complete quest number 2
You defeat everything that the mysterious figure spawns for you. However, this time he summons something really unholy and unnatural. Demons from fire itself.
Too late to retreat you choose to attack the Red Fire Demon first
Burnt and exhausted you move on and attack the Blue one
This completes the 3rd Quest

Special abilities:
Round 1, 4, 7, 10, 21, 24 etc. every 3 rounds for 3 and then in 10 rounds again: Valerius Filius Gustavo makes a sign in the air and three small vortexes charge at the group.

Round 2, 12, 16, etc. every 4 rounds : Valerius Filius Gustavo spits out 3 beams of water that fire upon the group.
The water beam hits 3 random targets for 500-1000 damage
Round 3, 9, 15, 18, 25 : Valerius Filius Gustavo forms a circle in front of their chest using their hands and creates a fireball.
The fireball hits all 5 group members for 500-1500 damage
Round 5, 23: Valerius Filius Gustavo stamps on the ground and the earth starts to rear up in breaking waves.

Sasama`s last journey is the highest level dungeon in Africa and it will get you ready to depart to Germania for good. The story behind the dungeon is that in the previous lower level dungeon you have defeated the tribal lord Papa Sasama but something is happening in the village even after his death. You come back to investigate. Just 2 levels after In the Heart of Decay, you need to be very prepared to come here. Item level drops are slightly higher so you might want to fight through the dungeon and reset the dungeon before the boss and start over until you gear up to face him. You will stay here for a long time as the next dungeon is far away. The last minions are also very tough. You could be farming the boss easily and still sometimes loose against Voodoo Warrior or Spear Guard. Here is an example of a very good setup that still lost to Spear Guard. It's just that Spear Guard can critical hit very bad and killing your tank in 2 rounds and that's how you loose. Here is an example - click here.

Description
A phalanx of tribal fighters is blocking the inquisitor`s path to the village square. A feast is being prepared. It is difficult to identify, what is going to be served today. A shaman is evoking a fire and throwing some mysterious powder into it. The smell of cinnamon is getting carried into all directions by the wind. Suddenly, the whole tribe starts to sing a song and starts rhythmically jumping up and down. This is your chance to take down the guards without being seen.
Quests
1. Get access to the village
2. Eliminate the threat of the Shamans
3. Resist the attacking warriors
4. Vex Papa Sasama and kill his pet
5. Eliminate Papa Sasama`s bodyguards
You get close to the village. Everyone is inside. You see that they are preparing for the burial of their tribal leader - Papa Sasama who you perosnally have taken care of. A feast when everyone is distracted is the chance to get inside the village. You start by taking out the Villagers
Killing the 5 villagers gives you access to the village
You take on the Shaman as well
Killing the Shaman completes Quest 2
By now the guards are already on alert for you so you see two warriors charging at you
Successfully defending against these two completes the 3rd quest
There are two guards defending the ceremony hut. You need to take them out.
Defeating the 2 Spear Guards completes the last quest
Killing the last guard it's only you and the remains of the late Papa Sasama. You hear something coming out of the ceremony tent. This whole time Papa Sasama's wife has been the terrible beast Akhekhu. Body of a serpent with four strong legs and a head of a terrible monster. It came out of the tent and approached the remains of Papa Sasama. You are trapped and there is no running out of this.
Special abilities:
Round 1, 13, 25, 37 etc. every 12 rounds : With a rough throaty sound Akhekhu spews out a poisonous bile and spits it right into {random NPC}'s face. This will additionally weaken {random NPC}'s body for 5 rounds.
The poison weakens {random NPC} for 622 damage
The affected NPC will take 622 damage every round for 5 rounds
Round 2, 12, 22, 32, 42 etc. every 10 rounds : An obnoxious scent exudes from the creature's mouth and dazes all your senses. Your group will not be able to concentrate well for the next 3 rounds. This prevents any healing and weakens your attacks.
The healer will not heal for next 3 rounds and chance for every NPC not to attack/action at all and miss its attacks
Round 11, 21, 31, 44 etc. every 10-14 rounds : Akhekhu starts rocking hypnotically and a beautiful song fills the air. Every group member that cannot resist it, will not be able to move for 3 rounds.
Chance for some NPCs to resist it. The ones who resist will be able to attack and action in the next 3 rounds. The ones affected will not take part in the round at all
In the Heart of Decay is an important dungeon because it will gear you up for the serious dungeons that await you on the higher levels. Gaius, Lucius and Antonius item level 100+ start to drop so you could expect to change your weapon and some parts of your armor here. Next dungeon is pretty hard so you will need to stay here for as long as it's necessary.

Dungeon points to complete: 15
Level on which you can complete: 90. Very interesting boss. Apart from the amazing and terrifying look of the creature she also possesses unique special abilities. Go to the bottom of the page to look at them in detail. In general, the boss has an aura that reduces damage and healing of your group by 1% each round. This means that the more rounds it takes you to defeat her, the more weakened your group is. So prolonged fights are not good. However, Corruption will heal for 50% of the damage she deals. These 2 special abilities mean that you need to have a strong tank with good armour and blocking % and high dexterity and good damage on the damage dealers so they can defeat Corruption in as little rounds as possible. Corruption has very low HP ~6700 so in general the fight should not take longer than 25 rounds.
Tips: Invest in tank gear - at this point Lucius is widely available, although with not good affixes. Take care of your stats with non-Lucius items and get your Agility and Charisma full, the rest fill up with Lucius gear to get as close as possible to 50% blocking and 11k+ Armour. As for damage dealers. Even if you are wearing the same weapons that you used to defeat Papa Sasama, it's all fine. Max damage around 445-450 should be fine for this boss. Just upgrade the level of the mercs. Buy new ones from the Auction House that are level 100+ with high Dexterity (close to 350 base Dexterity).

Description
The scent of decay and corruption seems almost physically palpable at this place. Something evil has dug its way into the innards of this once flourishing harbour town and has swallowed up all the life within it.
This disaster keeps spreading and bit by bit and it`s taking over the fruitful riverside. We need to put a stop to this terrible disaster...
Quests
Destroy the Source of all Evil
1. Destroy the Mokele lying in wait in the house ruins
Fight your way towards the centre of the harbour town
2. Defeat the undead fishermen
3. Destroy the infected harbour master
Decay is once again spreading across the town but this time something far more sinister is going on. You go again. First, destroy the hiding Mokele creatures that are hiding across the town
You start picking them one by one
Once you seek and destroy all the mokele you complete the first quest
With all mokele out of the way you head to the town square where a group of undead decayed fisherman have gathered. You decide to disband they party and attack
Killing the fisherman completes the quest
Unfortunately the Harbour Master has been infected as well turning him into a formidable monster
You need to put him down
You take your knife out of the creature's body and you hear a strange chanting
A chant like this is never a good thing. Someone is trying to summon something terrible. You have to put a stop to it. You attack the worshipers.
Killing all 5 completes the final quest in the dungeon
The priests are dead....but they have managed to finish their summoning ritual. What comes out of the water is the most terrifying creature you have ever seen
Just look at this....
Prepared for this or not... you have no choice but to fight.
Special abilities:
Every round: The poisonous vapours that surround the creatures gradually start weakening you more and more. All group members lose 1% of their damage value and their healing capability.
Mass debuff every round on the entire group losing 1% damage and 1% healing. This means that the longer the fight goes on the weaker the group is
Also, Corruption will heal for 50% of the damage she does in the attack -

Round 4, 21, 36 or every 15 rounds : A tentacle shoots out of the ground and wraps itself around {random NPC}. He will need 3 rounds to liberate himself from its grasp.
